If the order is concluded by paying by Bank Transfer, you will receive an email communication indicating our current account data. In this case your order will be shipped immediately after we have received the credit of the sum in our current account. DZAM reminds you that to receive the Bank Transfer, it can take up to 3/4 working days. However, in order to reduce shipping times, you can send a copy of the payment receipt by email to: info@dzam.org or by fax, to +39 0564 968110.
In this case, the goods can be shipped more quickly. We remind our Customers that, if we do not receive payment for the order within 5 working days from the order confirmation date, we will arrange for its cancellation so as to make the products available for sale again. We therefore ask you to inform us of the date of issue of the transfer in our favor with a copy of the same and cro code.

Currently, expeditions are made to Italy and the world. Minimum order 15 euros.
Packages are usually shipped within 2 days after receiving payment and sent via DHL-TNT or Poste Italiane. Whichever type of shipment you choose, we will guarantee you a link to check the route of your package online upon request.
Shipping costs include packing and postage costs. Packing charges are fixed, while transport charges vary according to the total amount of the shipment. We recommend grouping your items in one order. Your package will be sent under your responsibility, but special attention is given to fragile items. The boxes are reasonably sized and your items are well protected.
The delivery time, purely indicative, is approximately 2 working days from the date of the order for Italy, the same may be subject to variations due to force majeure or due to traffic conditions and traffic in general.
